Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teenie Moon Room Leader to join our team. We are a well-established nursery that provides high-quality care and education for children aged 0-2 years old.As the Teenie Moon Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest children. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Teenie Moon room, including planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, supervising and supporting the development of room staff, and maintaining effective communication with parents.Responsibilities: Lead the Teenie Moon room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children Plan and deliver a curriculum that supports children's growth and development Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the room Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and feedback Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures Requirements: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Experience working with children aged 0-2 years old Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Passion for providing high-quality care and education for young children
