Technology Resilience Lead

My client, in the Sustainability space, is seeking a Technology Resilience Lead to join their thriving practice. This is a newly created role in which it is a greenfield project where you will be able to take ownership of the work you do and grow a team under yourself.
In this position they are looking for someone to manage the disaster recovery programme, conduct tabletop exercises, facilitate data restoration exercises and perform backups, create plans, conduct post incident reviews, develop policies, and conduct training, amongst other responsibilities.
To be successful with this application, you must have exposure to Disaster Recovery, creating plans, executing training and exercising, and conducting post incident reviews. My client has an extensive training programme and will be able to upskill you on any areas you are unsure about.
This is a great opportunity for career progression as this is a newly created team and there is a career progression plan in place. Furthermore, pension will be matched up to 10% and salary is up to £75,000 + bonus.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, 2 days in the London and 3 days remote.
