Job DescriptionTechnology Resilience Lead - London (Hybrid) - up to £75,000 + BonusLa Fosse has partnered with aglobal leader in sustainable packaging, who are looking for a Technology Resilience Lead. You will focus on operational continuity and resilience, and responsible for bolstering technology frameworks and ensuring business continuity.Role Description:Define standards for technology resilience and manage Disaster Recovery programs.Collaborate with IT teams to maintain backups and conduct data restoration exercises.Test Disaster Recovery plans, monitor key performance indicators, and align efforts with operational resilience frameworks.Develop resilience plans, policies, and procedures to mitigate threats.Report to the Operational Resilience Manager and strengthen the global technology infrastructure.Requirements:Expertise in IT, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity.Preferred certifications in relevant disciplines (CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP or COBIT 5)Baseline knowledge of resilience frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002 and COBIT)For more information, please apply
