Technology Recruitment Director £90,000 - £110,000 + very high bonus + LTIP Bristol
Senior level opportunity for a seasoned recruitment business leader. This is a rare, externally-hired opportunity, to join an outstanding recruitment firm at main board level. You will be given the autonomy, trust, investment and freedom to be part of a true recruitment industry success story!
This is a pure leadership role: You will be an external figurehead for the business; in regular contact with large-scale customers. (However there is no personal fee-earning element to this role). You will be a natural leader, inspiring those around you. You will have the confidence and credibility to manage a large operation, identifying future talent and developing your senior leadership team.
