Key tasks for this role will include:Drive sales within the Private Equity and corporate markets in the UK.Motivate, inspire, and develop a dedicated M&A team in London.Drive delivery excellence within the London office and provide QA and oversight to engagements.Collaborate closely with teams across Europe and further strengthen presence in the UK market.Work closely with key stakeholders, including clients at the CxO level, to understand their technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.Desired qualifications and personal qualities:Relevant education with strong academic results, preferably at the master’s level.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology-driven M&A advisory role.Experience in leading technology due diligence, IT carve-outs and IT post-merger integration engagements would be advantageous.Documented ability to provide high-quality advice to various stakeholders, drive sales, and contribute to growth
