Technology Investment Banking - Associate 2 / 3 or VP 1

Job Description
A global US bulge bracket investment bank is looking to hire an Associate 2 / 3 or VP 1 into their Technology Investment Banking team, which sits as part of the TMT Group. We are currently searching for an outstanding candidate who wishes to join a market leading Technology Investment Banking team.
With operations in the America’s, Europe and the Middle East and Asia they enjoy an unparalleled global reach across all products and sectors. Providing deep sector expertise, broad advisory and capital markets capabilities to corporate and financial sponsor clients.
The senior IBD professionals based in London focus on mid to large cap M&A transactions. The London based TMT team grants Associates / VPs direct involvement in M&A and lots of direct exposure to clients, plus working other product groups such as ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring and Recapitalization. You can expect to be client, project and deal team lead, plus leading/supporting client relationships, driving the work product and transaction processes.
The successful candidate will require
Investment Banking experience ideally in TMT and M&A
Outstanding academic achievement
A bachelor's degree plus 4 to 7 years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to train and develop juniors
