Technology Industry Junior Analyst

The Junior Analyst will be part of a team led by research directors and principal analysts to contribute to the Enterprise Cloud and 5G Markets research services that cover the following areas:
Hybrid and enterprise cloud
Data fabrics and enterprise data platforms
Private 5G and on-premise cellular networks
Sovereign cloud platforms and deployments
Cloud service providers
The role requires a career driven individual who has excellent time management and communication skills as well as a passion for learning new technology areas, predominantly in the cloud computing space. The right candidate should be a "self-starter" who is equally happy working individually and in small, usually multi-disciplined/multinational groups.
Responsibilities
Author research reports, market forecasts, competitive assessments, and articles within one or more areas of personal expertise.
Help develop ABI Research's Cloud Computing and 5G Markets syndicated information services, providing guidance and input based on clients' needs and industry trends.
Maintain a high industry profile, promoting ABI Research's information services through regular contact with key industry players, participation in industry events, authoring articles, delivering presentations, and interacting with the press.
Support sales and business development activities by preparing customer-specific analysis, participating in key meetings (including webinars) with clients, prospects, and partners, as well as attending conferences and industry events.
Supporting other analysts where required and providing application, market, and product expertise to other groups within the organization.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills in manipulating Excel databases
Bachelor's degree required
Location
ABI Research is fully remote in the U.S., with physical offices in the U.K. and Singapore. Analysts may be fully remote, report to an office, or operate in a hybrid role based on skills and experience.
