The Technology Governance Analyst delivers governance and continual service improvement activities to safeguard the use of systems and data ensuring compliance to regulatory standards, ensuring best value and appropriate use. They work to best practise service management standards such as ITIL with a specific focus on continuous improvement, service catalogue management, access management, service request fulfilment and risk.They produce the Technology team’s information reporting, taking an analytical view to turn data into information, highlighting trends by identifying leading and lagging indicators to support recommendations for change such as optimised use of licences, identification of problem management and risk mitigation activities.They work with stakeholders across St John as an advocate for best practise to guide technology decisions using a range of channels including internal communications systems to promote key messages and alerts.
