Technologist

This well established firm in Central London are expanding their team with an Architectural Technologist or Technical Designer. You will be joining a multi award winning practice with a proven portfolio delivering brilliant projects across mixed use, residential, commercial fit-out and retail sectors.  
 
Key responsibilities
-Working in a close knit team of Architects and Designers focusing predominantly on RIBA stages 3&4 producing documentation for tender & construction on projects both in the UK and Internationally.
 - Technical package drawing delivery including partitions, joinery & architectural metalwork
- Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
- Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
- Minute taking & site reports
 - Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
- Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
 
Must have
·Proven experience working in Revit (Revit tests may be carried out as part of the interview process)
·Degree in Architecture, Interior Designer or Architectural Technology
