Exciting Opportunity: Technician/Technologist/Architect for Data Centre Projects Across Europe
My client is looking to hire skilled REVIT Technician, Technologist, or Architect looking for a challenging role, specifically focused on Data Centre projects across Europe? The practice have fantastic opportunity that emphasises the construction stages, ideal for professionals with a strong technical background.
Role Description:
In this role, you will primarily work on construction stages of projects, particularly in RIBA Work Stage 5. You will be appointed by the Contractor to coordinate subcontractor information within Revit models, focusing on technical aspects such as facades, subcontractor coordination, and fitout work.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Revit, particularly on large-scale projects with complex model structures
- Proven track record of technical excellence in previous projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractor information within Revit models at Work Stage 5
- Proficiency in designing and coordinating complex tender packages for fitouts and M&E-led projects
- Ability to check technical submissions and adhere to Client Design Standards
- Familiarity with clash detection tools like Navisworks is advantageous
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will lead projects under the guidance of an Associate Director, managing multi-disciplinary consultants and their own day-to-day workload effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid passport allowing unrestricted travel within Europe without visa restrictions
- Willingness to attend overseas site meetings within Europe based on project requirements
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 - 2 days wfh hybrid opportunity.
