Technical Trainer

Job DescriptionA Midlands based battery cell research and manufacturing centre is currently looking to hire a Technical Trainer. The successful candidate will deliver training to both external clients and internal associates, this role will be focused on External delivery as a priority with some delivery of internal material as required.The Technical Trainer will:Monitor and review existing training materials and resources to ensure that they are effective and up to date and relevant with the Learning Designer and Developer.Support the L&D Team to create training materials.Work closely with the L&D Coordinator for management and booking of internal and external courses.Support with SWI creation and continuous improvement with an L&D viewpoint.Complete projects as directed by the Head of L&D.The Technical Trainer will have:Relevant experience.Previous experience with delivering training/education as a focus of their role.Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.Ability to adapt delivery and content for internal and external delivery.Customer-first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.Ability to prioritise their own workload.For more details, please click the “Apply now” button.
