Our client is a globally recognised electronics brand. They are looking for a technical trainer to join their organisation.
It is a a dynamic team that prides itself on innovative ways of driving change and transformation in a fast-paced and often challenging environment. This role will be essential in helping the company deliver a world-leading Customer Service Experience and improve customer journeys across Europe.
Previous hands-on training or technical support experience is required.
Technical expertise and familiarity with one of the product groups like mobile phones, TVs, home appliances, or IoT, is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SCORM, and xAPI; experience with LMS is a plus.
Excellent communication abilities, including presentations to senior audiences.
Creative content development aptitude.
Fluency in additional European languages is advantageous.
Occasional European and global travel may be required based on business needs.
