Sogeti UK is renowned for being the Testing & Quality Engineering specialists and we’re looking for talented individuals with a passion for quality engineering and testing who want to join a market leading organisation as an Automation and Performance test Lead consultant.
Experience in test automation using at least two proprietary or OpenSource tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Tricentis Tosca, or Keysight EggPlantDesign and execute performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and other relevant tools to assess system scalability and performance.Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the Agile development process and continuously improve testing efficiency.Implement monitoring solutions using Grafana and Splunk to gather insights into system performance and identify areas for optimization.Manage code repositories using Git and ensure version control best practices are followed.Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline the release process.Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud-based testing infrastructure and resource management.Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to report on test results, discuss issues, and propose solutions.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and priorities.Utilize JIRA, Adobe AEM, Akamai, SAP Hybris, and Confluence for project management, documentation, and collaboration.Mandatory Skills:Experience with API tools such as Postman, RestAssured and Insomnia.Experience with Puppeteer for end-to-end testing of web applications.Familiarity with Grafana and Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance.Expertise in Agile methodologies and working within CI/CD environments.Experience managing code repositories using Git.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.When you join Capgemini, you don’t just start a new job.
