What you'll be doing:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the EUS2 Team, handling critical issues and priorities
Lead and take part in projects, tackling technical issues on-site
Identify and implement service improvement opportunities for desktop and laptop systems
What youll bring:
Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office 2016, SharePoint 2016, and Outlook 2016 with ease
Familiarity with Thin Client environments, SCCM, Procmon, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management tools
Experience developing a team in a complex IT support environment
