Our client has an exciting new opportunity to join the technical and investment planning team within their Asset & Sustainability team. The successful candidate will provide technical solutions and specifications in relation to planned investment.
Your responsibilities will include making technical decisions and creating schedule of works to accompany tender exercises, drafting cost estimates and making recommendations to the Technical and Investment Manager on investment that drives Value for money, meets statutory legal/ statutory obligations and meets customers expectations.

You will have extensive knowledge of buildings, JCT contract, Health & Safety legislation including CDM Regulations 2015 and asbestos awareness.
Ability to risk assess and ensure safe working practices are in place
Ability to effectively manage budgets, maintain financial control and manage external agencies.
