Technical Support Team SupervisorBostonFull Time M-F 8am - 5pm early finish FridayPermanentc£28kpaThe Technical Support Team Supervisor will be managing a small team of 12 within an open plan office environment, to deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.The team are bubbly, enthusiastic and keen to promote and uphold the company's excellent market leading reputation.Duties include:•
Supervise the team to ensure targets are met.•
Monitor performance, coach, and support team members.•
Liaise with Operations Manager regarding company strategy and opportunities.•
Update CRM system with customer details.•
Manage rotas, holidays, and sickness records.•
Oversee team training and conduct 1:1 meeting.The Technical Support Team Supervisor must have the ability to supervise and motivate a small team, leading with passion, energy, and commitment. The role is a hands-on Customer driven position, and candidates must have experience of forging good relationships with customers and internal staff.
