They understand the unique needs of the industry’s various segments and have the technical expertise and vision necessary to translate that understanding into powerful solutions that meet and exceed those needs.The Role Prioritise queries and offer a best-in-class service to clientsIdentification of the cause of queries receivedProvide an in depth and consultative management approach with regards to resolution plans for clients when receiving queriesUnderstand the nature of non-support queries and escalate them to the relevant departments internallySupporting clients closely on the status of their queriesMaintaining the support logs in accordance with company policy with all actions updated clearly and efficientlyEscalating any issues identified during day-to-day activities to ManagementRole Requirements Ability to work in a pressurised environmentStrong interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a client facing roleHave experience within Accounting or Real Estate/ Property is beneficialHave worked on project focused rolesAbility to work as part of a team, as well as working on projects as an individual
