Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer requests for technical assistance and guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Ensure all incidents are resolved satisfactorily and documented accurately.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level agreement targets.
Monitor network availability and coordinate actions as needed.
Handle service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical or customer support role, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Windows, with basic knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry.
Certification in networking from an accredited body.
Familiarity with VOIP technologies.
Knowledge of firewall/router configuration.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
Shifts:
Rotational shifts on an 8-week basis, alternating between days and nights.
