MetapicRole overviewAs a Technical Client Executive, you will be part of a Global team working on implementing technical best practices. You will be focused on setting up newly signed advertisers with the best possible technical solutions and working closely with them to ensure they realise the full potential of our tracking technology. This role is largely a client-facing technical support role and you will need to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical people alike, as well as be part of different technical projects, the implementation of product feeds, APIs and error management.The Technical Client Executive’ main responsibility is to ensure their market’s advertisers have the best possible technical implementation and technical support, includingpushing our tracking solutions and any other best practice formats to our clients. Furthermore, to assist in fixing any tracking problems and any other technically-focused issues with the advertisers. You will need to have sound understanding of Tradedoubler’s product suite and a commercial mindset to always consider how technical solutions can increase revenue/profitability.The Technical Client Executive is perfect for someone looking to kick start a technical career – with exposure to code, a product mindset and working for an international technology centric business.Main ResponsibilitiesLiaise, in conjunction with account managers, with new clients, both technical and non-technical staff, to guide them through the setup process and provide help and technical assistance as necessaryGuide clients through the implementation of the tracking code that we provide to them onto their website.The ability to correctly configure existing code, rather than write new code; however, an overall understanding of the code and how it functions is essential.Manage the end-to-end process in a timely mannerPersuade, cajole and remind clients, in a professional and courteous manner, about their setup requirementsDevelop and manage client relationshipsProvide first and second line technical, as well as system support, to clients and account managers. This often involves communicating both technical and non-technical information to all parties concernedYour profileEnglish speakingMarketing technology integrations experience, ideally affiliate network integrations (not essential)An understanding of JavaScript, HTML and XMLUnderstanding of the programming lifecycle and how it worksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperb attention to detail with a meticulous approach to testing, reporting and providing feedback to relevant stakeholdersA self-starter who can proactively support clients and the internal teamThe ability and desire to prioritise and work in fast paced environmentA passion for learning and professional developmentIntermediate skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Why us?
