83zero is partnering with a growing IT Solutions Provider who is looking for a Technical Support Consultant providing 2nd Line Support onsite in Harrow
Our client is an independent organisation, who specialise in providing IT solutions across the world.
We’re looking for individuals from hands-on technical background, who have print management experience as well as strong O365 and Azure exposure.

What you'll be doing...
Preparing laptops for new starters.
Conducting internal and external training sessions and demonstrations as needed.
Performing remote installations.
Assisting internal staff with Office 365 and general IT software and hardware issues.
Troubleshooting and replicating customer issues in-house using a virtual test environment.
Administering and supporting network devices, including switches and firewall appliances.
Arranging hardware returns (RMA).
Occasionally visiting UK sites for on-site support.
Conducting server patching and maintenance.
Providing technical support to a large international customer base via helpdesk, telephone, email, and remote assistance, collaborating closely with the support team in Europe.
What you'll need to know...
Experience in a hands on 2nd line technical position (such as Tech Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, Infrastructure support)
Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory and fundamental knowledge of Networking
You’re an excellent communicator, who loves to help customer solve their IT problems with market leading solutions
You have a desire to learn and develop. Having all the technical knowledge isn’t essential, but an interest in technology and learn new IT software products is key.
If you have experience with any Print Management Software such as PaperCut, Equitrac, Ysoft, MyQ etc… that would be beneficial, but not essential
If you have any exposure with MacOSX or Linux, that would be beneficial, but not essential
Any experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, would be beneficial, but not essential
