Job Description
Technical Support Engineer - Edinburgh - Up to £300 per day.
You will be providing remote support to our clients. Experience working directly with end users daily along with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and technical support.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to our clients primarily via phone and email but on occasions also onsite at client offices.
Reproduce customer environment and run tests
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Required:
Experience working in Financial services and/or MSP space.
Must have good knowledge of supporting microsoft products
Must have good knowledge of providing support in windows environments
Qualifications
3+ years' of technical support experience
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
