As a pioneering global technology firm and market leader in our field, VoucherCart is revolutionising the way businesses sell, driving pre-paid revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and retention.You will form part of a multi-disciplinary team from our base in Edinburgh.As Technical Partnership Integrations Engineer, you will work with internal stakeholders/Partnerships Commercials Team and our technology partners to manage and deploy technical integrations between the VoucherCart platform and our technology partners as your principal focus.Our technology partners include the world’s foremost EPOS, Booking, Hospitality PMS and Payments platforms.You will have a solid technical background, familiarisation with APIs, webhooks and data, and take a proactive analytical, problem-solving approach to your integration project assignments. You won't be afraid to go down the rabbit-hole:)Working with senior business leaders for our clients and technology partners, you will conduct screen-share calls where necessary to assist customers and partners alike, so VoucherCart can understand and assist on specific issues/challenges.You will carry out screen recordings and create documentation of key functions of the VoucherCart SaaS platform (explainers and guides) and work with video production to create and maintain a structured help forum and Academy suite of videos and help files. See example: will focus on:Work on Developer Docs and VoucherCart Integration guide showing technology partners how to redeem vouchers, sell vouchers, refund vouchers and conduct other functions supported via the VoucherCart API: Business Case validation and research: Understanding the commercial proposition (business case) for VoucherCart, our technology partners, and our mutual customers through the partnerships.Assisting technology partners to establish integration requirements and specifications providing proactive guidance to partner developers as required.Establish an onboarding and integration test process for new technology partners for approval through to go-live.Maintain familiarisation with existing and new VoucherCart Technology Partner Integrations to provide video explainers and user guides.Being an active member of a global team that provides 24/7 support via live chat, tickets, forums, and one-on-one screen share sessions with our customers who have integrations.You will have an analytical, problem-solving mind, and work with the management and development team and our technology partners to specify new features and improve existing ones.The role requires:Excellent writing and communication skills (English native), with an aptitude for taking technical language and making it understandable.A self-motivated and proactive team playerExperience in professional services, or technical consulting role.
