Technical Support Administrator

The role will be based in our offices at Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire.
As a Technical Support operative, you will assist with technical support via the telephone. Installing software and repairing laptops.
We are looking for individuals who can:
Install and test software into laptops and Apple Mac machines to a high standard?
Repair laptop machines?
Ensure quality control?
Make hardware adjustments to computer systems.
Comply to H&S and ISO standards?
Do you have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills?
Ability to think critically and logically?
Ability to work in a customer-facing environment?
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Experience?
What you can expect:
A starting salary of £20,000 rising to £22,000 per annum after successful probation (six months).
