Location: Static High-End Commercial Site Located in Paddington
Terms: Permanent contract - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying �60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
* Past supervisory experience
* Qualified electrically or mechanically
* Strong technical understanding

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Supervisor to cover a High-End Commercial Site in Paddington. This 18 floor building consists of both high ene office and retail space.
Responsibilities:
* Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies
* Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M&E
* Plant and Equipment and Services.
* Compliance with and record keeping
* Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems
* Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System.
* Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the E
* Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules
and industry best practices
