Technical Services Support
Job Responsibilities
Act on tasking orders from the NTII configuration manager
Coordinate and procure required hardware to enable RNTE to function, along with future proof of networks
Maintain and update all associated Cost Models to track spending
Report on IT disposals
Attend biweekly meetings with Mod-Bytes POC
Act as the main POC for liaison between Fujitsu and Navy Digital
Shift Pattern
Standard office hours, 8am – 4pm
Person Specification
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
Desirable Skills
Security clearance or be content to undergo Security Clearance to SC level.
Can-do attitude
Communication and customer service skills
Able to follow laid down process
IT literate and good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Attention to detail
