I am on the hunt for a fully-fledged Technical Services Manager to join an emerging main contractor on the London construction scene.
With a distinct focus on high-end, often complex fit-out, new-build and refurbishment projects, this business is carving out a real niche for themselves.
We have worked closely with them for the last 2 years having bought into their vision and their promise to offer diverse and interesting roles with opportunities for progression and ongoing development – which is invariably pretty important to the candidates we work with.
During that period we have placed several people with them, of which 100% are still in position and loving life.

The Technical Services Manager will take a critical role within the business, taking overall responsibility for the successful installation of M&E services from initial sustainability assessments through to final handover.
Delivering strong, cost-effective, practical and workable solutions will be critical in what will be a challenging but very rewarding role.
Application criteria:
Experience in a Technical Services capacity and demonstrable background in first-class delivery
Contracting experience would be preferred but they would be open to a strong candidate from a sub-contractor background
Knowledge of both M&E with a slight preference for mechanical bias
