1. Working for a £15mil - £20mil turnover Main Contractor, being the sole Technical Services Manager / M&E expert within the business
2. Advising on preferred suppliers based on thorough analysis and industry knowledge.
3. Adjudicating incoming tenders with a discerning eye to identify strengths, weaknesses, and missing elements. (M&E focused)
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical services.
5. Adjudicate M&E enquiries to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.
6. Analyse tenders and provide insightful recommendations for supplier selection.Previous experience:Working on London based, heavy refurbishment / cut and carve projects between £2mil - £15mil in value
