This fit-out contractor works on some ridiculously good projects? Do you want to join them and do the same?
We are trying to uncover every stone to find a Technical Services Manager with proven experience in the commercial fit-out sector to join a newly formed division within a well-established main contractor in the heart of the city.
Working on projects around £10m-£20m (commercial office fit out / cut & carve), you will be joining a business that provides a fantastic working environment for people, with diversity, well-being, flexibility and inclusivity at the centre of everything they do.
Consequently, the Technical Services Manager will find themselves working in a business where their career is a priority and it is not just a job.
You can expect to be carrying out the usual roles and responsibilities associated with a TSM and applicants will need to demonstrate comprehensive M&E installation management experience (fine to have an m or e bias but knowledge and practical experience of both is essential).
