The company is currently seeking an accomplished and dynamic Technical Services Manager to join its team, contributing to the ongoing success of this leading organization.Position Overview:The Technical Services Manager will assume a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of technical services within the food manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include overseeing quality control, managing technical teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:Develop and execute quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality.Conduct routine audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Team Leadership:Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize production processes and address technical challenges.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in collaboration with production and R&D teams.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements and drive continuous enhancement.Supplier and Customer Collaboration:Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and implement solutions to meet their specifications.Regulatory Compliance:Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that the company remains in compliance with all relevant requirements.Interface with regulatory bodies and conduct internal audits to guarantee adherence to quality and safety protocols.Qualifications:Degree or Master's in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in a technical services role within the food manufacturing industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.How to Apply:Professionals with a results-driven mindset and a passion for ensuring product excellence in the food manufacturing sector are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity.
