Ideal candidates should come from a Mission Critical / Data Centre engineering background and have a good understanding of critical Electrical / Mechanical systems with an emphasis on High Voltage Systems, UPS , Generators , LV systems and all emergency procedures . Candidates must hold a minimum of HVAP status with a view of becoming Senior Authorised for the expanding site and contract as a large part of this role will be to be in attendance for all HV critical shutdowns and annual maintenance reviews to meet / exceed the customers expectations. Undertake root cause analysis / post problem review of any technical faults · Carry out scenario / best drill training with engineering staff.
Operation experience is essential, a positive and progressive mind-set coupled with innovative thinking and a broad in-depth technical knowledge.
The role doesn’t come with any direct reports as such as this position is much more of a Subject Matter Expert where the successful applicant will be pivotal in the delivery of all of the following technical matters and troubleshooting.
