We are a fast-paced, customer focused service business with a passion for providing and developing services that meet the needs our our clients.Our Managed Services cover a wide range of technology services including (but not limited to):•\tCloud Services (predominantly Microsoft 365 and Azure)•\tCyber Security Products & Platforms•\tNetwork (Wired, Wireless & Internet/WAN)We pride ourselves in the development of our people to enable us to drive high standards and achieve consistently high service levels for our clients. This enables us to stand out, and create long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients whilst constantly driving value.DescriptionWe are looking to expand our Technical Services team to allow us to continue to deliver the high level of service our clients are used to.ResponsibilitiesProviding and Delivering high quality customer service to our clients1st Line Support and Troubleshooting across various technologies, including but not limited to;Windows 10/11Microsoft 365Being the first point of call for the logging of all incidents and service requestsEscalation of Incidents where necessaryExperience & SkillsWe will provide full training to the successful candidate so extensive experience isn't required; however, we would be looking for candidates with the following:Basic Windows 10/11 KnowledgeBasic
Knowledge/Awareness
of Microsoft 365Troubleshooting MindsetEager to learn new thingsQualificationsThe following qualifications are not essential but are advantageous.ITIL FoundationCompTIA (A+, Network+ or Security+)Any Entry level Microsoft CertificationsWorking LocationThis role is a hybrid role with our offices based in Peterborough so you must be a commutable distance to attend the office.
