• Lead, coach, and mentor the technical team to deliver excellence in service.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Manage technical service budgets and contracts.
• Continually seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical services.

Profile

A successful Technical Service Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Property Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technical services within a Facilities Management environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing budgets and contracts.
