Role – Technical Service Advisor
Location – Swansea, Wales
Salary – circa £28,000 + great benefits and remote work options

They’ve recent sent a team member out on secondment to the states, as well as promoting another person in the team that has then left a position in the technical team wide open with loads of ability to grow!

Responsibilities
This will be a technical based customer service role that will see you arranging and balancing work loads of technical support queries for the Technical Support Engineers.
You’ll be tasked with following process and procedures around handling of technical queries, seeing they’re handled effectively and efficiently, as well as speaking the clients and customers to handle these processes and keep them updated from all angles.
You will also be involved in sections of the technical aspects yourself, dealing with costings and past technical documentation to be able to create a professional and detailed report to benefit the customer and other teams in the technical department.
Ideal Candidate
Past experience working in a solutions-based customer service-related role.
Technical mind/Engineering knowledge – coming from an engineering background or working with detailed products and parts as a target market.
Experience logging client and product details, as well as tracking work loads to provide top notch service.
