Job DescriptionCorrespond and assist customers via phone, email and live chatDeal with general enquiries and queries regarding products in particular. Take customers through the order process, advising on product availability and upgrades where applicableBe able to advise customers accordingly, and diagnose faults. Support and assist the technical team with customer queriesWork alongside the sales team passing through orders and update the internal system detailsEnsure customers are aware of the warranty process, talking them through options when they are reporting a faulty itemWork in partnership with the engineering team to schedule repairs The Successful Applicant This would be a great role for someone who has proven experience in a service advisor post within an engineering or manufacturing company.
