Technical Sales Support Advisor

Bradford

£38,000 + Bonus

The Purpose of vacancy is to support the sales team with enquiries for equipment.

You will ideally have experience with Air Compressors.

Duties also include.

• Prepare audit reports as part of commercial proposals.
• To increase business profitably within agreed targets.
• Support with customer site visits as and when necessary.
• Evaluate customers requirement and visit sites as necessary.
• Prepare technical quotations in a timely manner, as required.
• Ensure the sales team fully understand the technical detail contained within a quotation.
• Liaise with all internal departments as and when necessary.
• Work with suppliers correctly specifying equipment.
• Assist with customer enquiries both technically and commercially.
• Support the sales team in discussing technical proposals with customers.
• Where possible solve customer complaints.
• Ensure customers are kept up to date with changes to our range of products and services.
• Complete all necessary reports as required and enter data in CRM.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.

Competencies

• Knowledge of compressed air/gas or vacuum systems is essential.
• Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience in dealing directly with customers in sales & Service.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals.
• PC Literate, use of ERP, CRM and Microsoft office.
• Professional telephone manner.
