The company:
• A global Instruments organisation, established over 30 years ago and with a large customer base across the biotechnology, bio-renewable and brewing industries.
Travel requirements:
50% of the time – it would therefore be advantageous if candidates lived close to an airport (eg – Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, or Swansea)
You will be expected to:
• Work closely with the Sales Director to drive & grow product sales across key accounts and promote the product portfolio to customers within Europe.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and use the organisation’s CRM system to maintain sales leads.
• Work cross-functionally to develop market strategies and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Applicants must:
• Hold a minimum of a BSc within a scientific subject – Cell Biology or Biotechnology would be preferred.
• Ideally have at least 1-2 years of sales experience, however full training will be provided.
• Have an understanding and/or experience of the Biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrate excellent communications and presentation skills.
