Our client is currently recruiting a Technical Sales Representative who will help identify and maximise industrial equipment revenue opportunities from existing major accounts and any new target accounts.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver presentations to major account customers at director/senior procurement level, in conjunction with Business Development Manager.
Liaise with Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams across the client's network to ensure pro-active promotion of opportunities for plant equipment within their existing customer base.
Develop a close working relationship with Regional Directors and their General Managers across the Group network to ensure full confidence in the Division product offering and level of service.
Work closely with the General Managers to ensure the highest standards of service are met and exceeded.
Ensure all demonstrations and/or training session are conducted in a professional, organised, efficient and informative manner.
Attend depot/customer trade days to promote the product offering.
Monthly updating of Customer Contact Database.
Prepare and submit monthly reports to head of dept
Attend and report at regional sales meetings
Experience/Skills
Ideally experienced in industrial plant equipment - Pumps/Power Services/Generators/Water Treatment
Technical knowledge
Excellent communication skills
