Technical Sales Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Manager to join a growing architectural glass, glazing, window and doors specialist in North-West London. The company work on high-end residential projects across the London area and due to continuous growth, require a motivated sales professional to join their team.Technical Sales Manager Position OverviewMonitor Sales team and create and track sales targetsMain point of contact for any technical questions from both office staff, factory staff and customersHelp customers with product installation issuesMeet with new potential customers to help onboard themTroubleshooting any Window Designer and Logikal software issues & updatesUpdating prices for products in our software when changes are madeHelping to improve our product offering - sourcing upgraded parts from suppliersUnderstanding our customer pain points and finding solutions to improve our service/productsLiaising with customers if there are issues with production & offering solutions to move forwardProducing all technical literature and materials (e.g. cross section drawings/installation guides)Dealing with any customers that have been escalated to a manager within sales/AftersalesMain point of contact for some of our larger customersCreating bespoke CAD drawings when requestedSending quotations to customers for complex jobs e.g., curtain wallingProcessing Schuco, corner bifold & corner sliding door jobs Technical Sales Manager Position RequirementsCommutable distance to North-West LondonExperience of CAD, Window Designer, Logikal and ExcelThe company manufacture AluK, Cortizo and Schuco products (any experience within these would be highly beneficial) Technical Sales Manager Position RemunerationSalary requirements: £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable DOE)28 days holidayPension9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
