Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time
As the Technical Safety Engineer, you will: Be conversant in the following: Hazardous Area designation/classification / Major Accident Hazard / Hazard identification / Safety critical systems/elements in design and operation / Inherent Safety of area/plant/occupancy design / Safety Case / Control of Major Accidents reporting/documentation Generate Deliverables, Safety Screening, Terms of Reference, Safety close-out reports, Action Tracking and close-out.
Have knowledge and understanding of UK Safety Case Regulations 2015 for offshore installations is highly desirable.

Location: Aberdeen or Glasgow hybrid working 3 days in the office with flexibility to work from home for 2 days.
Youll have experience of: Safety Engineering / Safety and Reliability experience (Energy Sector preferred but not essential) in delivery of Engineering projects.
Production of Safety Engineering studies to support a holistic case for safety at plant/site/installation.
Safety workshops (HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA/etc).
Experience of facilitation of various Safety Reviews desirable.

Qualifications BSc or equivalent in relevant Engineering Discipline Chartered Engineer status
Understand the application of Autodesk Design products Competent in the use of MS Office applications Survival BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS/MIST preferable
