Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term)

Algolia is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in London on a fixed-term contract through the end of January 2025 to help build the world’s best search & discovery technology. This role will support recruitment for our Product and Engineering teams based primarily in the EMEA market (France and the UK), as well as other technical teams across the organization. You will have a direct impact on the growth and culture of the organization by partnering with hiring managers to identify top software engineering and product management talent, build diverse pipelines, and provide thought partnership on recruitment strategy to match the demands of the talent market. YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:Providing full cycle recruiting services, including creating efficient hiring processes that provide a top-notch candidate experiencePartnering with hiring managers to build layered sourcing strategies aligned to hiring objectivesPartnering cross-functionally with People Operations, Onboarding, and hiring teamsChampioning building inclusive and diverse teamsMaintaining a high degree of data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse Recruiting) to ensure effective reporting and a data-driven recruiting approachYOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:4+ years of proven success as a technical recruiter (in-house and/or staffing agency experience)Experience recruiting and sourcing for Product and Engineering teams, specifically hiring software engineers and product managers at all seniority levelsPassion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teamsExcellent relationship management skillsDetail oriented with strong communication stylePossess ability to work autonomously with a team mentalitySelf-motivated and curious, and solutions-orientedNICE TO HAVE:In-house experience recruiting at a software companyExperience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATSWE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN LIVE OUR VALUES:GRIT - Problem-solving and perseverance capability in an ever-changing and growing environment.TRUST - Willingness to trust our co-workers and to take ownership.CANDOR - Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.CARE - Genuine care about other team members, our clients and the decisions we make in the company.HUMILITY - Aptitude for learning from others, putting ego aside.REMOTE STRATEGY:Algolia’s flexible workplace model is designed to empower all Algolians to fulfill our mission to power search and discovery with ease.
