IT Project Manager/Solutions Delivery Consultant
Package : £40,000 - £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance & Benefits

Monday–Friday (Half Day Friday, Flexible hours)
We are in partnership with a leading Warehouse Management System (WMS) software vendor, currently seeking an individual to join their dynamic team as an IT Project Manager/Solutions Delivery Consultant. This role offers a unique blend of project management and technical delivery, focusing on implementing cutting-edge software solutions directly into client sites.
Role Description and Responsibilities:
directly to the Head of Delivery & CEO.
in project delivery, ranging from short-term engagements to full system implementations.
for gathering technical requirements, documenting specifications, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
small to medium-sized projects, including identifying change control requests and project risks.
system development, configuration, testing, training, and documentation required for project delivery.
on-site delivery of projects as needed.
and document new functionality for inclusion in core software releases.
standard operating procedures for new project functionality to facilitate handover to Customer Sites and the Customer Support Team.
closely with customer services to ensure a successful handover of the project to the Customer Support Team.
the Customer Support Team with second-level support queries.
and check in new code modifications into customer repositories, adhering to defined processes.
ad-hoc technical requests as they arise.
Core Skills:
experience in project delivery and management.
implementing Supply chain management solutions (WMS) and a deep understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
in solution testing and system support.
with either Agile or Prince methodologies.
Competencies:
customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
collaborative team player, yet self-motivated and highly organised.
problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
experience with APIs (ideally REST) and an understanding of relational databases and GraphQL.
