Job Description
Your challenge:
At GHX, our mission is to reduce the cost of doing business in healthcare by enabling better supply chain management. Through our suite of supply chain software solutions, we make it easier for hospitals, healthcare providers and suppliers to drive cost and inefficiency out of their processes. We have plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Managerto join our Solution Delivery team and be based out of our offices in Cambridge.
Your role:
Your role will be to manage the integration and implementation of GHX services with customers (GHX suppliers/GHX providers/ Providers and Suppliers in the DACH region) in a timely manner, according to GHX quality standards. This is a multi- and cross functional role encompassing project management, implementation, training, working with GHX customers and GHX teams (e.g. Customer Care, Product Management, Product Development, Sales) to drive client satisfaction. This role has a direct impact on GHX revenue and Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

Continuous learning will be part of the experience with us so we don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything, but the following competencies will enable you to be successful in this role:
Min. 3 to 5 years’ project implementation management within supply chain and order management solutions with a proven track record of customer communication and management
Experience in an EDI technical role
Experience working in the healthcare sector
Ability to interact with different levels of an organisation and work with cross-functional teams
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Autonomous, self-directed, being able to work with tight deadlines, with a hands-on approach and strong sense for initiative and drive
Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
