Position: Technical Project Manager

Salary: Up to �55,000 + Bonus

Location of Office: Hereford

The role: As our client continue to grow their engineering team, they are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to join them in their brand-new offices. The successful Technical Project Manager will be tasked with leading a range of electronics and software development projects for the safety and detection sector.

Our client is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager, who has experience working within an electronics product design environment, who is comfortable talking technically with engineers and confident creating, presenting, and implementing detailed project plans and managing project activities from initiation through to successful completion. They have plans in place to implement new agile methodologies and processes so any experience in this area or experience with related tools and technologies is desirable.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a hands-on Technical Project Manager role
• Proven experience within an electronics device design environment
• Successful experience delivering projects on time whilst meeting budget.
• Experienced with Jira or similar.

This role will best suit a Project Manager with a technical background (electronics design ideally) who is keen to get hands on with a range of projects and is looking for variety from day-to-day activities. Whilst playing a key role in the design and development of a range of industry leading safety devices that will be used around the globe.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• A background in electronics or embedded software design
• Prince2 qualifications and application
• Experience working within a regulated product environment
