Job Description
Visa's Technology Organization is a community of problem solvers and innovators reshaping the future of commerce. The Opportunity:
The role will be within the Technology Management organisation that supports Visa's product teams by delivering IT infrastructure solutions globally to support its payment applications.
You will join a supportive UK Based Project Management team and the role will be based in Basingstoke. This role is mainly office based with some home working.
This position is a junior IT project management role suitable for a new graduate or a candidate with a few years' work experience. The renumeration/level will be assigned based on previous experience.
Visa is looking to support development of your skillsets to mold you into a competent project manager. The candidate must be self- motivated, driven and able to conduct self learning.
The Work itself:
Liaise with internal product teams, gather requirements and start up projects
Manage small projects - End to end management of deliverables
Manage project plans, risks and issues for your project assignments
Manage project finances
Adopt Visa project management methodology
Provide PMO support to the UK project team

We do not expect that any single candidate would fulfill all of these characteristics. For instance, we have awesome team members who are really focused on building scalable systems but didn't work with payments technology or web applications before joining Visa.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
IT Related Degree, Computer Science, Network, Cyber security etc
Project management - Any related modules undertaken in your degree of PPM or Prince 2
