Technical Project Administrator

Location: Halewood

Long term contract

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator to join a project team.

Supporting the project teams with control and management of technical drawings and documentation. Support the Site Management during Installation and Commissioning activities to follow-up, monitor KPI and implement corrective actions.

What you will be doing:

* Providing technical support to the on-site project teams

* Co-ordination and control projects from the design stage, through to completion and the handover to Customer Site.

* General administrative support

* Monitor of cost/sales budgets

* Resource tracking, cross referencing to weekly timesheets.

* Preparation of the monthly major contract review presentation

* Assess technical contents of tenders received from suppliers.

What you will bring to the team:

* Experience of producing presentations and reports

* Experience within a site-based engineering organisation.

* Knowledge and understanding of technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and means and methods.

* Analytical skills to understand and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and measurements.

* Demonstrate a strong knowledge of materials and resource allocation, manufacturing and commissioning tools, and execution according to plan specifications.

Qualifications

* Degree in Engineering

* Minimum 3 years as Site Project Team member
