Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a number of Technical Operators for our client based in Runcorn. We're looking for individuals with proven experience in a clean room environment or longevity within Food Production. We're working with an outstanding company in the industry who have recently launched a unique training facility that will provide you with thorough training and development, preparing you for advancement into the compounding area. Salary:

With a competitive salary on offer, included is a basic salary, shift allowance and a discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a meticulously clean and sterile environment in patient nutrient manufacturing.
  • Picking materials for the products and putting them through the next stage to be sanitised.
  • Packing products and transferring them through to Quality Inspection.
  • Execute operations with utmost precision, following stringent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to the production of vital patient nutrients with a commitment to quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a sterile environment or at least 2 years consistently in Food Production.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile work environment.
  • Ability to follow stringent SOPs and operational procedures with precision.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive training process.

Training Process:

Interview and On-boarding:

  • During the interview process for this role, candidates will be required to complete basic English and Math assessments on site. If you are successful following interview, ALL candidates will also be required to take part in an Occupational Health Review prior to starting. This is a standard procedure for anyone joining the Production team.
