Technical Manager

We are currently working with a leading residential developer seeking a Technical Manager to join their expanding business. You would be joining a business with strong financial backing and an extensive pipeline of current and future work.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience leading design teams, delivering multiple block schemes in London on mid-to-high rise residential schemes, working for a residential developer or a main contractor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO…
Manage the programming and costs on all packages of the project.
Manage external consultants in their day-to-day duties related to design and technical aspects of the project.
Sign off invoice and variations.
Managing monthly reports of internal and external meetings
Proactively identify risks and provide solutions to the issue.
Challenge others to identify alternative procurement options and construction method to add value to the overall scheme
Work in co-ordination with the Commercial, Planning and Production teams.
Report into the Head of Technical.
