The Role
Ensure food safety, quality, legality, and integrity of all products. Advise the site leadership team on technical issues, including Capex projects. Manage the site technical team and foster a positive quality culture. Develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards. Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards. Oversee internal audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and Food Defence strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and share best practices.
The Candidate
Experience in technical/quality management. Proficiency in BRC Global Standard and retailer standards. Accredited internal audit qualification. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
