The Role

• Lead the site's Quality and Hygiene teams as a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team.


• Ensure top-notch food safety, quality, integrity, and legality standards across the site.


• Develop and nurture a culture of quality throughout the site, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.


• Drive the Technical strategy forward, focusing on continuous improvement.


• Oversee environmental hygiene performance, maintaining top standards to meet BRC AA+ and retailer audit requirements.


• Monitor key performance indicators and advise on corrective actions for food safety and quality.

The Candidate

• Experience in a Technical management role within the food industry


• Familiarity with major retailer audits and standards.


• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, GMP, and legislative compliance.


• Excellent communication skills for both board-level presentations and team coaching.
