Technical Manager

Gloucester Area.

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of quality assurance advisors
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, including HACCP and BRC
Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the production process
Develop and implement quality control processes and protocols
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience leading a successful BRC audit
Food safety experience
Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and Food Safety standards
Degree qualified in food science or a relevant field
